A hydraulic system for a work machine, such as a tractor-mounted front loader, comprises a flow control valve (17) having a valve housing (18) with an internal passageway system (S) for conveying hydraulic fluid through the valve, line ports for connecting hydraulic fluid lines (L) to the passageway system (S), and an accumulator connection point (22) for connecting a hydraulic accumulator (19) to the passageway system (S). The hydraulic system further comprises an open-ended tubular member (13) capable of accommodating the accumulator (19). An outer face of the valve housing (18) is secured to the outer side of the tubular member (13) and provided with a projecting accumulator support (21) in which the accumulator port (22) is formed. The accumulator support (21) extends through the wall of the tubular member (13) to position the accumulator port (22) inside the tubular member. |
