Cosmetic make-up or skin care compositions in compact powder form, especially color foundation, containing sebum absorbing and/or adsorbing compound and solid lipid phase

New cosmetic compositions (A) in compact powder form, for make-up and/or care of the skin, comprise at least one sebum absorbing and/or adsorbing compound (I) and at least one lipid phase, more than 40 wt. % of which is a solid lipid phase (II). Compositions containing 10 wt. % carnauba wax, 6 wt. % magnesium stearate and 5 wt. % amorphous magnesium aluminum silicate are excluded. An independent claim is included for the use of (I) and (II) in a compact powder type cosmetic composition, to provide make-up which is homogeneous in color and/or matness.
