The actuator has a fixing unit (11) for fixing the actuator to a container (10). A distribution pipe (14) is coupled to the unit through a transversal wall (12) and communicates with a product inside the container. A push-button (20) including an opening moves with respect to the pipe between a position in which the product is distributed and another position in which the button is abutted against a portion of the unit (11). Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a product packing and distribution assembly (B) a use of an assembly for packing and distributing cosmetic or personal care product.
