<p>A chain (12) of a wheel frame (1) and a chain (33) of a vamp (3) are meshed together. A shaft (36) of a quick release device (34) is inserted through a guiding hole (32) of the vamp and a slot (11) of the wheel frame, and is secured with a sleeve. A gear (37) on the shaft meshes with the chain (13) of the wheel frame. The wheel frame, quarter and vamp are tightened together. The quick release device secures a quarter (2) and the vamp which are respectively secured to the top rear section and top front section of the wheel frame. A bolt (A) is inserted through a rear hole (22) of the quarter and a rear locating hole (15) of the wheel frame, and is secured with a nut (A2). Two rivets (13) are inserted through the front holes (21) of the quarter, a sliding slot (38) of the vamp and the front locating holes (14) of the wheel frame, and are riveted with washers (B1).</p> |
