The process involves inputting a signature code on a mobile terminal (1) e.g. mobile telephone, and calculating a digital signature related to a digital photograph by using the mobile terminal. Digitally signed photograph is transmitted towards a digital signature management device (3) via a communication network (RA). The signature associated to the received signed digital photograph is verified by the management device. An independent claim is also included for a digital photography transmission system.
