Disclosed are compounds of the general structure shown in formula (I) Wherein: Ar1 is unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, wherein the substituents number from 0 to 5, may be the same or different and are independently selected from the group consisting of H, CN, F, CI, Br, I, and OH; M is H or R with R being a C1-C6 straight chain alkyl or branched alkyl or a C3-C7 cycloalkyl; Z is (Ar2-NH-C(=O)-) where Ar2 is an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl wherein the substituents number from 0 to 5, may be the same or different and are independently selected from the group consisting of F, CI, Br, I, R, and CF3; n = 0 to 6; p = 1; R1 may be the same or different and is independently selected from the group consisting of NH2; NHR; N(R)2; or the structures shown in formula (II); where n is defined above; and R2 is H or alkyl. Further disclosed is the use of compounds of formula (I) in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of obesity.
