The cover has a woven fibrous material layer (1) supporting a conducting wire (2). A non-conducting protective layer (3) is adhered on both sides of the layer (1). An end of the wire is connected to a rupture detecting device (4) that is connected to an electrical supply source (8) and an alarm (40). The device (4) detects rupture of electrical path, in case of rupture of the wire. An independent claim is also included for an anti-intrusion protecting system including a salvage cover.
