The device has a spring leaf (2) with a folded and drilled end fixed to an end of a polygon fitting (1) by a screw (3). The leaf is disengaged from a polygonal body by a fold on the central part of the device to ensure spring function. Another folded and drilled end of the leaf permits to slide within a perpendicular hole and to align plain holes of the body and the leaf under the action of pressure, allowing the passage for a rod.
