摘要 1. New alginate macromolecules with anti-arrhythmia activity, characterised in that they consists of: 0.71-0.78 parts by mass of sodium alginate binder, 0.24-0.26 parts by mass of the hydrophilising agent in the form of polioxyethylene-20-sorbitan monostearate (Tween 60). 3.8-4.2 parts by mass of quinidine base adsorbed into potato starch. The mixture contains 2.9-3.1 parts by mass of starch and 0.935-1.075 parts by mass of quinidine base. 2. The method of obtaining new alginate macromolecules with anti-arrhythmia activity, characterised in that 0.71-0.78 parts by mass of sodium alginate is converted into pap in 21.5 parts by mass of water. Then, 0.24-0.26 parts by mass of the hydrophilising agent in the form of polioxyethylene-20-sorbitan monostearate and 3.8-4.2 parts by mass of potato starch paste with absorbed quinidine base are added to the resultant pap. The paste contains 2.9-3.1 parts by mass of starch and 0.935-1.075 parts by mass of quinidine base. The cooled-down suspension at room temperature is diluted with 0.5 parts by mass of water. The resultant liquid is instilled on the surface of 150 parts by volume of a desolvating liquid, containing saturated solution of sodium acetate, heptane and liquid paraffin in the volumetric proportion of 1:1:1. The macromolecules are filtered after about 1/2 h and dried at room temperature.
