<p>The invention relates to a process for preparing the potassium chloride retard for treating hypokalemia, induced by various causes, such as renal insuficiency, Cushing-endocrynopathies, hyperaldosteronism. According to the invention, the process consists in treating the dry potassium chloride, having a grain size of maximum 10 mium, at a temperature ranging from 20 to 160 C, preferably from 30 to 90 C, with a mixture comprising 2 to 30%, preferably 6 to 26% bee wax, purified from acid and flavone components, 20 to 60 %, preferably 25 to 50%, castor oil, 15 to 70%, preferably 20 to 55%, unsaturated copolyester synthetized from phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and glycerine, in a molar ratio of 1:9:18 and a hydrophilic composition formed of an aqueous solution containing 20...80 %, preferably 45...60 % polyvinyl alcohol, 20...60 %, preferably 30 to 45% poly(ethylene diethylene adipate) diol with a molar mass of 2,000, and related to the entire mass formed of two composite layers, and the potassium chloride, maximum 0.01% agilite and 0.0095 % magnesium stearate, so that the dry and granulated product contains at least 600 mg potassium chloride per gram.</p> |
