Disclosed is a disposable sanitary toilet seat with a mat having longitudinal sides and an oval hole from which pluralities of breaches are mounted to fold the interior folding edges inwardly around the periphery of the oval hole. Twin folding edges are formed by the two folding lines on either side of the oval hole and inset from the longitudinal edges and are designed to fold downwardly.
