1. The method of producing carbon-carbon composite uses carbon fibres. Unique characteristics: A polymeric organic unwoven fabric is subjected to preliminary oxidizing processing at the temperature of 230-280 degrees C for 2.5-8 hours. Thus prepared unwoven cloth is saturated with phenol-formaldehyde resin, diluted with alcohol. The saturated unwoven cloth is dried at the temperature of 30-70 degrees C for 10-30 hours. Then, it is formed under the pressure of 2-30 kPa and hardened in the atmosphere of air, while it is heated at the rate of 30-100 degrees C/hour up to the temperature of 150-80 degrees C. The obtained organic composition is subjected to the process of carbonisation by heating it up to the temperature of 1000-1600 degrees C at the rate of 50-100 degrees C/hour in a protective atmosphere. |
