PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily and rapidly constructing a wall of a prefabricated building, structure and the like, without requiring experienced skills, by vertically and horizontally coupling and connecting wall panels together by means of respective members and the developed wall panel with a unique constitution. SOLUTION: A hook-shaped protrusive strip 2 is protrude or provided without protruding in a groove-shaped space 8 between U-shaped ribs 6 on right and left side surfaces of the wall panel W, and protruded or provided without protruding in a groove-shaped space 8 between U-shaped ribs 6 on upper and lower side surfaces. The wall is watertightly constructed with a high degree of accuracy by means of the respective members such as a foundation rail 9, a rail-like liner 15, an intermediate rail 20 and a connecting rail 23, which are used for vertically coupling and connecting the adjacent wall panels W together, and the respective members such as an interposition material 31, a packing material P and a panel coupling fitting C, which are used for horizontally coupling and connecting the adjacent wall panels W together.
