PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repetitively usable sleeve superior in mechanical strength, by facilitating removing work from a hole for a pipe arranged in a foundation structure of a building. SOLUTION: This sleeve 1 has a predetermined diameter of the hole for the pipe, and has an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of a sleeve body 2 on the inside of the sleeve body 2 formed by arranging a cut 2a in the axial direction of a resilient cylindrical pipe. The sleeve detachably fits a first adjusting pipe 3 formed by arranging a cut 3a in the axial direction of the resilient cylindrical pipe so that positions of both cuts 2a and 3a do not coincide. The sleeve detachably fits a second adjusting pipe 4 formed by arranging a cut 4a in the axial direction of the resilient cylindrical pipe so that positions of both cuts 3a and 4a do not coincide.
