PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint connection structure in a wooden building capable of precisely driving a driving long sideways wedge without causing any inroad or any deformation inside of wedge window holes to make the joint connection of a beam and a column or the like strong as setting. SOLUTION: In the joint connection structure in the wooden building for making the joint connection of the beam or a girder and the column, the column and the foundation or the like, a pair of wedge guide pieces d and d', g and g', j and j', m and m' and o and o' excavating wedge guide grooves 11 and 11', 16 and 16', 17 and 17' and 18 and 18' in the inside are put on wedge window holes b' and c', and it is constituted by driving the driving long sideways wedges e, i, k, n and p between these pair of wedge guide pieces while leading them to the wedge guide grooves, and one wedge guide piece d, g, j, m and o project an interlocking section 12 to the front end section 10, and the front end section 10' of the other wedge guide piece d', g', j', m' and o' is fixed with the interlocking section 12.
