PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a large number of trunk rooms by effectively utilizing underground in a multi-storied apartment house. SOLUTION: In a structural skeleton 2 formed in a multi-storied structure and having extension parts 7 and 8 formed for veranda and/or shared external corridor for each unit in each story, a space part 9 is formed under the ground just below any of the extension parts along the longitudinal direction of the structural skeleton 2. The space part 9 is partitioned into a plurality of parts to form the trunk rooms.
