PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing facility having a high rigidity, assuring good stability when it works, and able to work with good efficiency. SOLUTION: The manufacturing facility is equipped with a supporting plate 1 made from a metal plate having a thickness of 15 mm or more, a driving roll R1 supported rotatably on the first surface 11 of the supporting plate 1, a drive part G attached to the second surface 12 of the supporting plate 1 and rotating the roll R1, and a base 2 in the shape of rectangular parallelopiped having a height of 150 mm or more, wherein fixation is generated in the condition that the lower part 13 of the first surface 11 of the supporting plate 1 is in touch with the side face 22 of the base 2.
