FUEL CELL SYSTEM, AND ITS OPERATING METHOD, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and its operation method in which the fuel cell system can surely keep the whole region of an MEA in steam saturation.

SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is provided with a stack 1 having a gas distribution means for introducing a reactant gas into the electrode of each unit cell, gas supply sections 2 and 3 for supplying the reactant gas to the stack 1, gas humidifying sections 4 and 5 disposed between the gas supplying member 2 and the electrode entrance of the gas distribution means for humidifying the reactant gas, and a controller for controlling the amount of steam contained in the reactant gas supplied to at least one of the electrodes to be larger than the amount of the saturated steam at a temperature at the entrance of at least one of the electrodes of the gas distribution means.
