<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize low-cost construction for supplying lubricating oil to rolling bearings 48, 50, 51 which support a power roller 4 (7) in a rotationally and rockingly displaceable manner with burrs to be hardly mixed into the lubricating oil. <P>SOLUTION: A portion on the outside face of a trunnion 30 (31) for encircling the opening of a run hole 62 is a partially cylindrical protruded face 63. A partially cylindrical recessed face 64 is provided in a portion as part of a rocking frame 21 (22) for encircling the opening at the downstream end of a run hole 65 passing through a lubricating oil passage 66. A seal material 67 is provided between the partially cylindrical recessed face 64 and the partially cylindrical protruded face 63 for permitting the delivery of the lubricating oil from the lubricating oil passage 66 into a circular hole 49 provided in the inner face of the trunnion 30 (31).
