<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health data management system for operators who drive or operate moving cranes, public vehicles and the like, that strictly grasps the mental and physical health conditions of each operator based on data to keep operators with health concerns from driving or operating, that is, to make preliminary checks to avoid risks. <P>SOLUTION: In the operator health data management system, the health data of each operator measured for each control item under normal conditions are recorded on an IC card. The IC card is inserted into a predetermined CP management box to register the data in a host CPM. An operator in charge of driving/operation wears a health condition detection terminal. When the operator is on a predetermined driver's seat, the terminal identifies the operator and detects the current health conditions of the operator for each control item. The data detected are sent to the host CPM and analyzed as they are compared with the registered data measured under normal conditions, to determine whether the operator can go to the next step of driving/operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
