摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a D.C. negative electrode and a resin-made dehydrating filter cloth having inferior resistance against breakage, deterioration, and abrasion property, and to replace a D.C. electro-osmotic applying power source having low dehydrating efficiency, with a three-phase A.C. electro-osmotic power source having high efficiency. SOLUTION: The three-phase A.C. electro-osmotic system or apparatus is composed by insulating an electrode roller for electro-osmotically dehydrating a dehydrating object or its dehydrating face and dividing it into three parts in the axial direction of the electrode; connecting respective single phase feedback power sources R, S, T of three-phase A.C. power source (RST) to each of the three-divided dehydrating face 7 or electrode face to semiconductors; providing the semiconductors to a metallic endless track electrifying filter belt 3 stretched by the electrode roller, capable of electrifying, dehydrating and bending, and to an endless track current carrying belt forming the space of endless track rotation; and providing a three-phase A.C. electro-osmotic applying power circuit for feeding back respective single phase feedback power sources of the three-phase A.C. power source.
