PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning-over prevention device for a forklift truck using various means. SOLUTION: This turning-over prevention device for the forklift truck is formed so that a limit speed Vc when a load weight is W can be calculated by obtaining a load height H from the displacement of a piston detected by a displacement sensor 21, a load weight W from a pressure P detected by a pressure sensor 22, limit speeds V1 and V2 when the load weight is 0 and a rating (maximum), and linearly interpolating V1 and V2. In this case, the value of the minimum radius of rotation stored in a controller is used as the radius of rotation of the forklift truck, and when an actual speed Va measured by a speed sensor 23 reaches the limit speed Vc, a warning device 20 is operated to give warning to a driver.
