PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of the mortar content of concrete placed in an embedded form made of precast concrete, from a joint part between the embedded forms. SOLUTION: A groove-shaped part 4 is formed on respective form side surfaces opposed by sandwiching a slit 2 of the embedded form 1 assembled by arranging the joint part having the slit 2 of a predetermined width. An elastic joint blocking-up member 10 forming a tip-split bifurcated shape and having a tip part 10a having the same-shaped semicylindrical shape respectively engageable with the groove-shaped part 4 opposed by sandwiching the slit 2, is engaged in close contact with a cross section of this groove-shaped part 4, and the slit 2 is blocked up by a plate-like part 10b continuing with the tip part 10a, to thereby surely prevent leakage of the mortar content of the concrete placed in the embedded form 1 from the joint part.
