The tool has an abrasion plate (A1) that is designed as a swage block with cutting teeth. The teeth are fixed along the edges of the holes (A2) in the plate and are inclined at an inclination angle of not more than 45 degrees from an orthogonal plane. The abrasion plate is fixed on a hand board. The abrasion plate is made of a corrosion resistant metallic alloy such as tin sheet or steel sheet.
