<p>New tris(diarylaminoaryl)amine derivatives (I) are claimed, in which at least one aryl group in the diarylamino substituents is triarylmethyl-aryl or triarylsilyl-aryl, whilst the rest are selected from (methyl)phenyl, biphenylyl, naphthyl, phenanthrenyl, anthracenyl and fluorenyl and the bridging aryl groups from phenyl, naphthyl, anthracenyl, phenanthrenyl, pyrenyl and perylenyl. New tris(diarylaminoaryl)amine derivatives of formula (I) are claimed. Ar1>, Ar2>, Ar3>6-20 C aryl with a phenyl, naphthyl, anthracenyl, phenanthrenyl, pyrenyl or perylenyl system; Ar4>-Ar9>triarylmethyl-aryl or triarylsilyl-aryl in at least one case, otherwise (methyl)phenyl, biphenylyl, naphthyl, phenanthrenyl, anthracenyl or fluorenyl; A : C or Si; X1>-X4>phenyl, naphthyl, anthracenyl, phenanthrenyl, pyrenyl, pyridyl or quinolyl; R1>-R8>H, 1-6 C alkyl, cycloalkyl, 2-4 C alkenyl, 1-4 C alkoxy, 1-4 C dialkylamino, diarylamino, phenyl, naphthyl or pyridyl if at least one of Ar4>-Ar9> is phenyl, biphenylyl, methylphenyl, naphthyl, phenanthrenyl, anthracenyl or fluorenyl, or in pairs on the same X group form a 5-9-membered aliphatic or aromatic ring.
