<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction device of a wind power generator capable of safely performing construction work, and a construction method of the wind power generator using the device. <P>SOLUTION: The construction device of the wind power generator comprises two beams 52a and 52b located left and right and a member 54 for connecting one end. A U-shaped frame defining a carrying-in opening section 55, a telescopic mechanism 58 disposed in the frame, and trucks having a suspending means are mounted on the side of overhanging parts 53a and 53b. A left truck 61a is provided with a first column member 63a, a first large beam 64a, a second column member 67a, and a second large beam 68a. A right truck 61b is provided with a first column member 63b, a first large beam 64b, a second column member 67b, and a second large beam 68b. A first gate type frame is constituted of the first large beams of the right and left trucks, and a second gate type frame is constituted of the second large beams.
