<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system in which the present maximum generating capacity can be recognized easily. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply system is provided which comprises a plurality of fuel cells for generating electric power and supplying to a load, a performance storage section for storing the maximum power value which shows the maximum value of power generating of respective fuel cells, a testing device for carrying out in order maximum power generation test of at least one fuel cell for each prescribed period, a renewal section for renewing the maximum power value of the respective fuel cells stored in the performance storage section according to the result of the performance test, a generating amount detecting section for detecting the total sum of the generating amount which the fuel cells supply to the load, and a surplus power calculating section for calculating for each prescribed period the surplus power which the power supply system can generate in surplus based on the difference between the respective total sum of the maximum power value stored by the performance storage section and the total sum of the generating amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
