<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery which can suppress self discharge even if left standing under a high temperature condition and to provide an electrolyte used for it. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode wound body 20 in which a positive electrode 21 and a negative electrode 22 are laminated and wound through a separator is equipped inside a battery can.
