<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure security of a common duct; and to automatically make accounting data on maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A control center 1 and a duct control device 2 of the common duct are connected by a network 5. The control center device 1 has a database 11 for storing predetermined card data in an IC card 13 on the basis of an application for entering the duct, a card writer 14 for writing in the card data, and a card data processor 12 for transmitting the card data to the card writer and the duct control device by taking out the card data from the database after setting the IC card 13 in the card writer. The respective duct control devices 2 are a duct entering-leaving control system having a means for taking in and storing the card date of the control center device, and card readers 22 and 23 for unlocking an electronic lock of a door in coincidence by comparing card data of the IC card with the prestored card data when the IC card is set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
