<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock apparatus provided with a function for working on a user during sleep so as to allow the user to sleep comfortably and aiding the user so as to have a desired dream, until the time reaches the set "wake-up" time, when the user has activated a wake-up function. <P>SOLUTION: The clock apparatus A is provided with the following requirements. (a) The clock apparatus A has a timepiece function 5. (b) The clock apparatus A has the wake-up function for performing a prescribed wake-up operation at a previously set time.
