PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser capable of detecting not only the suction or discharge abnormality of a liquid but also the operational abnormality of a syringe pump, and an analyzer equipped with it. SOLUTION: The analyzer 100 equipped with the dispenser is equipped with a syringe part 12 for sucking or discharging a reagent or a sample, a motor 12c for driving the syringe part 12, a pressure sensor 12e for sensing the pressure in the syringe part 12 and a control part 80 for starting the monitoring of pressure before the driving of the syringe part 12 is started by the motor 12c and judging the suction or discharge abnormality of the reagent and the sample on the basis of the time from the point of time when the pressure in the syringe part 12 is changed suddenly at the first time to the point of time when changed suddenly at the second time after the start of monitoring.
