PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein industrial facility information detected by a facility information supervisory device cannot be transferred to an information management apparatus. SOLUTION: An industrial facility management system 1 is provided with the facility information supervisory device 2, which is installed for each industrial facility and detects the industrial facility information; and an information managing device 5 which manages the industrial facility information, through radio communication between a slave unit side radio device 3 and a master unit side radio device 4. The master unit side radio device has a master unit side control unit 36A, which controls a master unit side transmission output control unit 16A for decreasing the receiving field strength to a permissible level, if the obtained comparison result is such that the present receiving field strength exceeds the permissible level in a master unit side level memory 18A which preliminarily stores the permissible level not to influence to other data communication, and a master unit side level comparison part 32A; and also controls the master unit side transmission output control unit to increase the receiving field strength up to the permissible level, if the obtained comparison result is such that the present receiving field strength is lower than the permissible level.
