PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-point contact type angular ball bearing having increased bearing rigidity with no increase in size. SOLUTION: The four-point contact type angular ball bearing has a ball 6 in contact with raceway surfaces 2, 4 of an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 3 at their two points a, b and c, d. The contact points a, b on the raceway surface 2 of the outer ring 1 are set at positions deviating from a bearing center line C as a boundary to one axial direction, while the contact points c, d on the raceway surface 4 of the inner ring 3 is set at positions deviating from the bearing center line C as the boundary to the opposite axial direction.
