PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontally openable-closable large parasol with a small crane, capable of enlarging the parasol in a lightweight type, capable of widely using a sun shade and rain preventive range, capable of forming a main column in an L shape, installable in the corner of a site, for widely using the under side of the parasol, capable of suspending a cargo of light work with the small crane, enabling long-hour labor in a small number of persons, and capable of enhancing energy-saving and working efficiency. SOLUTION: This parasol is characterized by a structure capable of horizontally opening and closing the whole parasol in 1/4 even in motor-driven fully automatic operation and manual operation in safety when necessary, capable of making the main column for supporting the parasol in an L-shaped rotatable form, capable of building the main column in the corner of a work site, capable of installing even a small hoist crane, and capable of changing the direction of the whole parasol.
