PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel mounting structure capable of eliminating overhead welding, increasing workability, increasing the reliability of weld strength, adjusting height, and reducing cost when bed steel members for mounting ALC panels are fixed to anchor reinforcements buried in a concrete foundation. SOLUTION: This bed steel member fixing metal fitting is a fixing metal fitting necessary for fixedly installing the bed steel members on the anchor reinforcements buried in the concrete foundation and projected from the upper end thereof. The metal fitting comprises steel members formed by integrating to each other a horizontal base part orthogonal to the anchor reinforcements, an elongated hole formed near the center of the base part and allowing the anchor reinforcements to be inserted therein, a suspended part allowing welding to be performed parallel with the anchor reinforcements along the periphery of the elongated hole, erected parts vertically raised from both lateral ends of the base part, and horizontal parts formed by horizontally bending the erected parts and to which the bed steel members are welded.
