PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retarded aromatic polycarbonate resin composition which has good flame retardance without containing halogen-based flame retardants and phosphorus-based flame retardants, which is superior in appearance, thermal stability, and wet heat resistance, and desirably which has good transparency, too. SOLUTION: The flame-retarded aromatic polycarbonate resin composition comprises, to 100 pt.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A component), 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. of a silicone compound (B component) containing an Si-H group and a specified aromatic group in the molecule, in which the amount of contained Si-H group (Si-H amount) (i) is 0.1 to 1.2 mol/100 g, the ratio of contained aromatic compound (aromatic group amount) (ii) is 10 to 70 pts.%, and the average degree of polymerizatioon (iii) is 3 to 150, and 0.01 to 5 pts.wt.of a compound (C component) having a spesified structure in the base skeleton (more preferably a polymer such as an epoxy resin and a phenoxy resin).
