METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FLUIDIZING FRACTIONATION OF PYROLYSIS RESIDUE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify or omit a cooler in a method for the fluidizing fractionation of pyrolysis residue produced by pyrolyzing waste and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: In the method for the fluidizing fractionation of the pyrolysis residue, the pyrolysis residue produced by pyrolyzing waste is cooled and air is injected in a mixed layer formed by mixing a fluidizing medium with the cooled pyrolysis residue to form a fluidized layer to perform the weight fractionation of the pyrolysis residue. The pyrolysis residue of the fluidized layer is cooled through at least one of a cooling heat transfer pipe 45 or a water cooling wall (46) or by ejecting atomized water to the fluidized layer in addition to air. By this constitution, the cooling function in the fluidized layer is enhanced and the cooler of a front stage can be miniaturized or omitted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
