PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make full turn of a cylindrically processed cloth such as socks around a cylindrical bed and freely sew up the processed cloth. SOLUTION: A pair of cylindrical cloth stretching frames 13 and 14 to be covered with a cylindrically processed cloth W and each being inserted with support tubes 52 and 53, respectively, are mutually coupled with a sheet of connecting plate 54. The support tubes 52 and 53 and the cloth stretching frames 13 and 14 are mutually connected by fitting up projections 55 on the support tubes 52 and 53 with plural small holes 56 or grooves placed on the cylindrical cloth stretching frames 13 and 14 so as to hold the cylindrical cloth stretching frames 13 and 14 on both support tubes 52 and 53 at a predetermined distance in lengthwise position of a needle hole 3. Approximately entire circumference of the space between the cloth stretching frames 13 and 14 excluding the connecting plate 54 is stretched to make an opening 19 to expand a sewing site of the cylindrically processed cloth W.
