PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood component sampler which can prevent blood clot in a flow path of a blood component sampling circuit (e.g. a removal line of primary flow or a flow path without an anticoagulant near a sampling needle). SOLUTION: A blood component sampler 1 has a blood component sampling circuit 2. The blood component sampling circuit 2 has a centrifugal separator 20, a collecting needle 29, a first line 21 connected to an inlet 143 of the centrifugal separator 20, a second line 22 connected to an outlet 144 of the centrifugal separator 20, third and fourth lines 23 and 24 connected to the first line 21, a plasma collecting bag 25, an air-bag 27b, a mid-bag 27a, a platelet sampling bag 26, and a bag 28. In the blood component sampler 1, the anticoagulant is supplied to the fourth line 24 through the third line 23, a branching connectors 21c and 21j, after removing the prescribed amount of blood of primary flow through the fourth line 24.
