PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole plate for preventing pressure on a long plantar ligament in exercise such as walking. SOLUTION: The sole plate includes projection and recession parts corresponding to the sole arch of a human body, wherein recession part 2 is provided at a part corresponding to the long plantar ligament of the sole arch and a cushion material 3 is mounted on the recession part 2.
