PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily detect the whole of the normal structure of a prescribed structure constituting a subject in a medical picture. SOLUTION: A partial structure information extraction means 20 extracts partial structure information F part expressing the structure of a part of a prescribed structure in the medical picture P. A structure change vector setting means 40 sets a plurality of structure change vectors Ms based on the information F part. A structure model data creation means 50 creates structure model data M by adding the plurality of structure change vectors Ms to structure data Mb expressing the normal structure of the same kind of structure of the prescribed structure. A whole structure information obtaining means 90 obtains the structure model data M as whole structure information F all expressing the whole structure of the prescribed structure. The plurality of structure change vectors Ms is calculated so that a structure corresponding to the part of the structure expressed by the structure model data M may coincide with the structure of the part.
