The holder has upper and lower rails respectively enclosing upper and lower edges of a glass plate (4) of a board. The sections of the respective rails bend forward to form barriers. The barriers hold the utensils that store accessories for writing. Each barrier along with bars forms notches for incorporation of a background plate (21). The bars are parallel to upper and lower edges of the glass plate.
