A massage system (10'), is provided that includes a motor (12') having an output shaft (26), and at least one sliding block connected to the output shaft (26'). The massage system (10'), also includes at least one bellows. Each bellows (14A, 14B), is connected to a corresponding one of the sliding blocks (74, 76), and is movable between an extended position and a retraced position. When each bellows is moved from the extended to the retracted position air is expelled from the bellows (14A, 14B). Similarly, when each bellows is moved from the retraced to the extended position air is taken int o the bellows. Operation of them motor causes each sliding block to move betwe en a first position and a second position, such that in the first position each sliding block compresses a corresponding one of the bellows to the retracted position and in the second positions each sliding block releases the corresponding one the bellows to the extended position.
