<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell monitoring device correctly detecting an operation state of a fuel cell and securing an intended sealing property. <P>SOLUTION: A sealing space part 68 is formed between a first and a second metal separators 34, 36 constructing a power generating cell 20, and a device main body 70 is arrange at the sealing space part 68. The device main body 70 has a voltage measuring sensor 72 measuring voltage generated when the power generating cell 20 is operated, and a transmission structure 74 transmitting the voltage measured by the voltage measuring sensor 72 by wireless.
