PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group control elevator control device capable of computing predicted arriving time in high precision, improving services without keeping an elevator user waiting for a long time, flexibly coping with adjustment of an elevator and a change of specification. SOLUTION: This group control elevator control device measures fundamental data such as travelling time between each of floors, door opening and closing time, etc. from time for floor departure/stoppage and door opening/closing by a fundamental data measurement processing means 11, stores this measured fundamental data by a data storage means 13, computes deviation of fundamental data measured by a fundamental data deviation computing means 14 and the stored fundamental data in advance of this storage, judges whether the deviation acquired by this computation exceeds a specified value or not, warns abnormality in the case when it exceeds, delivers the data to a measured result effectiveness judging means 15 in the case when it does not exceed, judges whether the fundamental data is effective or not by this means 15 and stores the measured fundamental data judged effective. A predicted arriving time computing means 17 computes predicted arriving time of each of elevator cages using the stored traveling time between each of floors and time for door opening/closing.
