SYSTEM, DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR PROMOTING HOSPITAL VISIT FOR PURPOSE OF PREVENTIVE MEDICAL CARE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system of preventive medical care that in various places reminds users to go to hospital without requiring the users to have any special devices.

SOLUTION: A communication terminal 2(3) having an information reader 21(31) is used to read a user's identification information from a recording medium 5 presented by the user. The user's identification information is sent to a server 1 along with the identification information of the communication terminal 2(3). The server 1 accepts the identification information of the communication terminal 2(3) to specify the corresponding communication terminal 2(3), and also accepts the user identification information read to specify the corresponding user. When the communication terminal 2(3) specified is an operator's terminal 2, a determination is made as to how frequently the user specified attends a hospital, and the result of the determination at each hospital is sent to the operator's terminal 2. When the communication terminal 2(3) specified is a hospital's terminal 3, medical treatment information sent from the hospital's terminal 3 including information about the time and date of each visit is accepted. The information about the time and date of each visit is recorded according to the user specification.
