PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a constitution for hiding one's own cards of a card game from other players.

SOLUTION: The subject electronic board game device is provided with a display device and shielding objects. The display device displays a game image including a public area for displaying information to be presented to all the players and a private area for displaying information to be presented to an individual player alone. The shielding object is installed above a screen of the display device for shielding the private area to be visible by the individual player alone.
