PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a speaker whereby production of vibration at a speaker fitting part is prevented to warrant clear sound, in particular, which is optimum to a door-speaker for automobile under a severe environment wherein much noise and much vibration exist. SOLUTION: A box-shaped speaker support member 10 whose one side is an open side 11 is fitted to a rear side of the speaker fitting part of a base material 3 in such a way that the opening side 11 faces the base material 3 and a speaker 1 is fixed to a tip of a leg part 13 projected from a bottom side 12 of the speaker support member 10. Further, it is preferable that a vibration proof material 6a (6b) is interposed between the base material 3 and the speaker support member 10 (between the leg part 13 and the speaker 1).
