PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small-sized relay in which invasion of water, trash, dust or the like from an air hole or a gap existing at a case or a base of the small-sized relay is prevented, and only air circulation is made possible. SOLUTION: An optional place of the base 2 or the case 11 of the small-sized relay 1 is opened, a waterproof sheet 18 composed of polytetrafluoroethylene resin or the like is adhered to the opening part 13, and the small-sized relay which can do only ventilation into the inside of the relay by the waterproof sheet 18 is provided.
