PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link specific data only among a plurality of different data created in different formats to image data. SOLUTION: A content recording/reproducing device 1 is provided with: a data recording/reproducing control part for recording/reproducing data based on a plurality of different formats on a recording medium 90; a link information memory 10 for storing link information; an audio data output part 6; an audio data processing part 7; an image capturing part 12 for capturing image data by an imaging element or the like; and a display part 13 or the like for displaying an image or the like. The control part 9 controls the reproduction of the image data in accordance with data correlated and permitted based on the link information. In the link information memory 10, link information is stored as a corresponding table indicating the linkage permission of image data based on general formats such as a JPEG form, a GOF form and a TIFF form with respect to format data of an ATRAC system, an ATRAC 3 system and an ATRAC3plus system.
